Frédéric Joulian
Assistant professor at the École des hautes études en sciences sociales（EHESS)

Frédéric Joulian est anthropologue. Depuis 35 ans il déplace son regard et ses instruments d’archéologue, de primatologue et d’anthropologue en Afrique, Asie, Océanie et Océan indien. Maître de conférences à l’École des hautes études en sciences sociales (EHESS), il a récemment publié chez Delcourt Le béton et le bambou (2025), une enquête anthropologique et architecturale sur Mayotte, réalisée en collaboration avec la dessinatrice Aurélia Aurita et l’architecte Matthias Cambreling.
